Study Requirements

Before enrolling on the Assessor & IQA Professional Bundle, learners should review the practical requirements attached to each qualification.

The Level 3 Award in Education and Training (AET) includes a practical micro-teaching activity.
AVRA and ACWE require you to assess at least two real learners or candidates.
Simulation is not permitted for the practical assessor units.
You must have access to a suitable vocational or workplace assessment environment, depending on the assessor route selected.
The Level 4 IQA Award includes practical internal quality assurance evidence. You must be able to meet the practical requirements described on the individual IQA course page.
Your employer, manager, supervisor or training provider should be aware of the practical requirements and willing to support relevant activities where required.
