Here’s how we keep the comparison clear and fair.
Does the promise cover every SJA course?
Yes. All SJA courses are included. The competitor’s offer must be for the same qualification and a comparable course package, and meet the conditions below.
Is the 2% taken off SJA’s price or the competitor’s price?
It is taken off the verified competitor’s total price. For example, a qualifying competitor price of £150 gives you an SJA price of £147. Amounts are rounded to the nearest penny.
Can I submit a public sale price?
Yes, if the offer is current, publicly available and you are eligible to enrol at that price. Include any conditions or compulsory fees. Private quotes, funded places, membership-only offers and deposits are not directly comparable public full-course prices.
What if the competitor’s page cannot be accessed?
We may request a dated screenshot or other evidence and review the claim manually. An inaccessible page or honest mistake is not, by itself, treated as misconduct.
Can I use the £14.99 payment option?
Ask us to confirm the payment options available with your approved offer before you pay. Any agreed instalment plan must show the approved total, the initial payment and the correct remaining balance.
What happens when my claim is approved?
We confirm your agreed price and provide a personal checkout offer, valid for seven days. You complete payment and the normal enrolment requirements. Submission of a claim does not enrol you or reserve a place.
Can I claim after buying a course or combine discounts?
Submit your claim before purchasing or enrolling. Approved price-beat offers cannot be combined with another SJA discount or promotion.

Price Beat Promise terms
We honour every qualifying claim across all SJA courses.
- Before purchase. Submit your claim before purchasing or enrolling on the course.
- A qualifying comparison. The competitor’s offer must be for the same qualification and a comparable delivery and assessment package. We use the qualification number where applicable.
- Total cost. We compare a current publicly available price in GBP, including compulsory registration, assessment, certification and applicable taxes. Deposits, monthly payment amounts, free or subsidised places and restricted private offers are not comparable full-course prices. Any bundle comparison must include the same qualifications and services.
- Verification and calculation. The competitor must be a genuine provider with the offer available to you. A qualifying lower total price is multiplied by 0.98 and rounded to the nearest penny. A submitted link is not approval. We confirm the outcome and agreed price before payment.
- Your approved offer. The offer applies to the named learner and course, is valid for seven days from approval, is usable once and cannot be combined with another SJA discount.
- Accurate information and fair review. Provide genuine information accurate to the best of your knowledge. If deliberate falsification is suspected, we will investigate and give you an opportunity to respond. Proven deliberate deception may lead to withdrawal of the discount or cancellation only where permitted by fair applicable terms and law. Any refund or deduction is assessed in accordance with applicable consumer law. An honest mistake, SJA’s verification error or a later competitor webpage change is not, by itself, learner misconduct.
