What Leadership Evidence Might Look Like

Qualification summary: 17 credits, 95 Guided Learning Hours and 170 Total Qualification Time hours.

Entry Requirements

Focus Awards sets no extra formal entry rules beyond centre discretion. Learners should be 19 or older. SJA checks that you can complete real IQA and leadership work.

Work in, or have access to, a real assessment and IQA setting.
Have IQA experience.

Checks Before Your Certificate

Your assessor checks your work first. An Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) then reviews the assessment. External Quality Assurance (EQA) and approval by the awarding organisation apply where required.

Submit any further evidence requested during these checks. All checks and award requirements must be met.

Certificate Delivery

Certification usually takes 3–5 weeks after formal completion and assessor confirmation. This is an estimate.
