The Senior IQA Leadership Bundle has been created for experienced assessors and quality assurance practitioners who want to complete the full CAVA route and progress into leading internal quality assurance responsibilities.
The CAVA Top-Up supports eligible learners who already hold part of the assessor qualification suite and need to complete the remaining assessment requirements to achieve the full Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement.
The Level 4 Leading IQA Top-Up then supports progression beyond carrying out internal quality assurance activities, helping learners develop the knowledge and professional capability required to coordinate IQA systems, support assessors and IQAs, contribute to standardisation and lead quality improvement.
Together, these qualifications create a focused IQA leadership progression pathway for professionals working in colleges, independent training providers, apprenticeship organisations, employers and vocational education settings.
The qualifications included in this bundle are awarded by Focus Awards and regulated within the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF). Regulated qualifications can be verified through the Ofqual Register of Regulated Qualifications.
